Straight out of Croatia! We are excited to announce the signing of goalkeeper Adrian Semper on a four year deal until June of 2027. Adrian was moulded by the prestigious Dynamo Academy and burst onto the scene at just 18 years of age and just a month later stepped onto the grand stage of the Champions League.
No stranger to Italian football he played 84 games with Chievo Verona and Genoa in both Serie A and B and is renowned as an excellent penalty saver, the most recent against Regina’s French Striker Jeremy Menez.
Commenting on the signing, Coach Moreno Longo said: “Adrian is an excellent goalkeeper who has a bright future ahead of him. After not getting much game time recently, he is motivated to get on the pitch and show us his brilliance. He has a great opportunity here.”
Sporting Director, Carlalberto Ludi continued: “Adrian’s experience is evident in both his performance and his mentality. We believe that Adrian will be fundamental in our ambition for this season and beyond.”
Adrian can’t wait to play in front of the Como fans: “I’m very happy to be here, Last season I played against Como in Marassi and I saw what felt like one thousand fans there to support Como. It was a great match, Como has brilliant supporters so I loved it when I got the call to come here.”
