Friendly Como – Lugano 2-2

The friendly match of the Larians, engaged this morning at Sinigaglia with Lugano, ends 2-2.

After the initial minutes of study, Iovine tried to open the scoring but his conclusion went out at the first post. Again the Larians were dangerous this time with Mancuso, but his header finished just wide of the post. In the 25th minute, however, it was Lugano that took the lead with Sabbatini’s goal. Sabbatini again signed the double in the 34th minute.

In the 57th minute Cerri, caught well in the area by Arrigoni, hit a header and shortened the distance. In the 69th minute, the match returned to a tie: Cutrone served Da Cunha in tow who opened his left hander and placed at the cross of the posts.

It was a good test for Coach Longo’s boys, who will return to the field in their next league engagement on Saturday, April 1, in the away match in Venice.
