Bianco Blu Youngsters Called Up to the National Team

Como 1907 will be proudly represented by Lorenzo Bonsignori Goggi, Alessio Baralla, and Matteo Albini, who have been called up to the Italian Under-19, Under-18, and Under-17 national teams, respectively.

Forward Lorenzo Bonsignori Goggi, born in 2007 and a key player for the BiancoBlu Primavera team, has been called up by Under-19 coach Alberto Bollini for a training camp at the Novarello Villaggio Azzurro in Granozzo con Monticello, Novara, from 16 to 18 February. The squad is preparing for Group 6 of the European Championship elite phase, scheduled for 25–31 March in Calabria.

Midfielder Alessio Baralla, born in 2008, who joined Como during the winter transfer window and has already made two appearances for the Primavera team, has been called up by coach Massimiliano Favo for the Under-18 national team. The Azzurrini will play two friendly matches against Ukraine at the Riano Athletic Center in Riano, Roma, the first on Tuesday 17 February at 14:30, and the second on Thursday 19 February at 11:00.

Left-back Matteo Albini, born in 2009, who has already stepped up from the Under-17s to the BiancoBlu Primavera this year, will join the Under-17 squad under coach Daniele Franceschini. Albini and his teammates will take part in two friendlies against France at the Centro Tecnico Federale in Coverciano, Florence, the first on Wednesday 18 February at 15:00, and the second on Friday 20 February at 10:30.

The BiancpBlu family will proudly follow Lorenzo, Alessio, and Matteo as they represent Como 1907 on the national stage, wishing them all the very best in their endeavours.
