San Siro Sold Out Ahead of Milan vs. Como
Como 1907 will face AC Milan at the San Siro Stadium on March 15 2025 for Matchday 29 of Serie A Enilive. A crowd of around 78,000 spectators is expected, with the away section completely sold out as 4,100 Como fans prepare to support their team.
The Lariani, coming off a 1-1 home draw against Venezia, will look to spring a surprise against the Rossoneri. Meanwhile, Milan will be aiming for crucial points to stay in the race for European qualification, boosted by a near-full San Siro.
“Milan have quality players like João Félix and Walker, as well as the ever-dangerous Leão and Pulisic, who are both in excellent form. We will need to give our all, stay focused, and stick to a clear game plan if we want to win.” – Como 1907 head coach Cesc Fàbregas shared his thoughts ahead of tomorrow’s away match against AC Milan.
Recent Encounters
Milan are unbeaten in their last 12 Serie A matches against Como (7 wins and 5 draws), including the first leg on 14th January 2025, which ended in a 2-1 victory for the Rossoneri. Como have only won once at San Siro in their Serie A history (2-0 on 13th January 1985) and have not scored at the Meazza since 1987.
Players to Look Out for
For Milan, Rafael Leão, who played a crucial role in the first leg, Christian Pulisic, the team’s top league scorer with eight goals, and Theo Hernández, who made the difference in January’s match, will be key players.
Como, meanwhile, will rely on the pace of Assane Diao (5 goals), the creativity of Nico Paz (6 goals), and former Rossoneri academy graduate Patrick Cutrone (6 goals).
