Como 1907 & “Connect Me Too”: A New Immersive Experience for Fans with Visual Disabilities

The audio description Commentary, realised by CMT Translations, is part of the Como 1907 projects related to inclusion and accessibility

April 2, 2025 – Como, ItalyComo 1907 is proud to announce the launch of Connect Me Too, an innovative Audio Descriptive Commentary service designed to ensure that fans with visual disabilities can experience all the emotion and excitement of Lariani matches at the Sinigaglia Stadium.

Developed in collaboration with Connect Me Too, this inclusive initiative is part of a wider project aimed at making sports events more accessible to all. Thanks to this service, blind and visually impaired fans can now follow every moment of the match through real-time audio commentary, streamed directly to their smartphones.

The Audio Descriptive Commentary delivers a vivid and detailed narration of the game, brought to life by an expressive voice and enriched with high-definition sound. From the roar of the crowd to the rhythm of the chants and the energy pulsing through the stands, this immersive audio experience brings fans into the heart of the action — transforming every match into a powerful sensory journey.

Accessing the service is simple: visually impaired fans just need to connect to the app Connect Me Toothe stadium’s Wi-Fi using their smartphone. The service is completely free and available at every Como 1907 home match.
