The prestigious friendly between Arsenal and Como at the Emirates Stadium finished 1-1 after normal time, with the home side securing a 4-3 victory on penalties.
Brazilian winger Yan Couto made his first-team debut for Como as part of the Starting XI, while English defender Trevoh Chalobah came on as substitute.
Lewis-Skelly put Mikel Arteta's side ahead in the 33rd minute, but the BiancoBlu equalised before half-time with a 43rd-minute goal from Baturina.
The two sides remained evenly matched in the second half until the final whistle, taking the tie to a penalty shootout where Arsenal prevailed 4–3.
Meanwhile, Como's pre-season training camp in the UK continues and will conclude on Sunday 16 August with a match against Liverpool at Anfield.
