Como’s historic Coppa Italia run came to an end in the semi-finals, a stage the club had reached for the second time in its history.
Martin Baturina opened the scoring in the 32nd minute with a finish from Ignace Van der Brempt’s assist, helping the BiancoBlu go into half-time with the lead. Captain Lucas Da Cunha then doubled the advantage in the 48th minute. The current league leaders responded with three goals in the closing stages to get through to the Final, with the match ending 3-2.
More than 3,000 Lariani were present in the away section, along with many others across the rest of the stadium, thank you for your continued support.
