A Weekend to Remember for Lariani Fans
This weekend, Como 1907 etched another unforgettable chapter in its history, as the club celebrated not one, but two record-breaking attendances that showcased the unstoppable rise of the Lariani spirit.
The statement was loud and clear at San Siro on Saturday. A staggering 74,800 fans filled the stands, with an all-time high of 4,109 Como supporters in the designated away sector and another thousand scattered throughout the stadium.
Then, less than 24 hours later, the celebration continued at Stadio Giuseppe Sinigaglia. With 1,477 dedicated supporters in attendance, Como 1907 Women delivered a stunning 6-0 victory over Doverese. Adriana Martín stole the show with a sensational hat-trick, while Rossella Sardu, Wagner, and Kristin Carrer added their names to the scoresheet in a performance that embodied the energy and ambition of this team.
Reflecting on the club’s journey, Head Coach Cesc Fàbregas shared a heartfelt tribute: “When I think about our progress, I’m immediately reminded of the pioneers who laid our foundation – Gabrielloni, Iovine, Bellemo, Charly Ludi, our director, and our president Mirwan. They planted the seeds for what we’re experiencing today.”
But this weekend wasn’t just about numbers—it was about identity. It was about the passion that fuels every chant, every journey, every moment spent watching Como play. Every supporter who made their way to either match played a role in writing this chapter of Como 1907’s story.
With each game, the club continues to break new ground, both on and off the pitch. As the season unfolds, Como 1907 is driven by the unwavering support of its fans—a force that turns historic moments into a movement.
