Como 1907 Primavera welcomes Italian goalkeeper Mattia Damioli, who joins on loan from Union Brescia with an option to buy.
Born in 2008, Damioli developed through the youth system at Feralpisalò, now Union Brescia. He featured in Primavera 2 last season, facing Como twice, and also earned several call-ups to the first team in Serie C.
A promising young goalkeeper, he joins Gianluca Falsini's squad as Como prepares for its first season in Primavera 1 and the UEFA Youth League.
Osian Roberts, Head of Development at Como 1907, commented: "Mattia is a talented goalkeeper with great potential. Our Goalkeeping Department and our Scouting Department have worked really well and we felt like he had everything we were looking for in a goalkeeper. His talent and character will be much needed with an important season right around the corner".
Upon his arrival in Como, Mattia Damioli stated: "I'm very happy to be here in Como, at this great club. We have an important season ahead of us in both the Primavera 1 and the Youth League, and I can't wait to get to work".
