Como 1907 Renews Its Commitment to Quelli che con Luca ONLUS

At the beginning of yesterday’s match between Como and Genoa, a special ceremony was held to reaffirm Como 1907’s continued partnership with Quelli che con Luca ONLUS.

Cesc Fàbregas, head coach of the Lariani, presented a commemorative plaque to Andrea Ciccioni, president of the association dedicated to supporting research into childhood leukaemia. The plaque highlights the donation by the club to the ONLUS, enforcing the strength of the bond between the two organisations.

The donation was made possible through: 100% of the profits from last season’s third kit, and 10% of the proceeds from yesterday’s match.

Andrea Ciccioni, President of Quelli che con Luca ONLUS, commented:

“It was an incredibly emotional moment. Knowing that Como 1907 supports us is a huge source of motivation for everyone at ‘Quelli che con LUCA ONLUS’, especially because of the way they do it.

Feeling that this club is part of our family gives us strength every day. Seeing so many third kits at the stadium, with Luca’s smile on display, creates a powerful and lasting bond, one that goes far beyond the borders of Como.

The shirt dedicated to our cause is now in demand across Italy, the message has truly touched people’s hearts.

Meeting Mister Fàbregas, even briefly, is always inspiring, he always finds the right words.

A heartfelt thank you to the team at Fondazione Como ETS, the Communications and Ticketing departments, and to President Mirwan. The funds raised will be invested in our 2025 Scientific Research Project focused on childhood leukaemia.
