Como 1907 Signs Young Super League and International Superstar Samuel Ballet

Como 1907 Football Club is thrilled to announce the signing of versatile midfielder and breakout Swiss top tier player, 22 year old Samuel Ballet from FC Winterthur on a three and a half year contract.

The Swiss youth player, a product of one of Switzerland’s top academies (BSC Young Boys), will be reunited with former teammate and recent acquisition Jean-Pierre Nsame, with whom he won the championship in his first professional season.
This season alone Ballet has already scored seven times with three assists in 17 appearances for FC Winterthur.

His addition to the team is a brilliant coup for Como 1907 as Caretaker Manager Osian explains: “ Samuel took the Swiss top flight by storm in his first professional season, He scored 10 minutes into his Young Boys debut and is a real talent, bringing athleticism, power, silky dribbling and decisiveness in the final third. He’s versatile, playing down the left or the right and will bring width and dynamism to the team.”
Samuel himself can’t wait to get going with Como 1907 commenting: “This is a great move for me and I can’t wait to develop under an amazing coaching staff.”
