Como 1907 can confirm that Heather O'Reilly will leave her role as Head of Women's Football.
Heather joined the BiancoBlu family in 2024 and has played an important role in the growth of Como 1907 Women, bringing her leadership, experience and belief to the project.
Her time with the club will always be connected to the 2025/26 season, when the team lifted the Serie B Femminile trophy and secured promotion to Serie A Women for the first time.
Heather leaves having helped guide the team into its first season at the highest level of Italian women's football. She will always be part of the history of Como 1907 Women.
