Como 1907 is pleased to announce the permanent signing of Irish defender Jayden Marshall, who joined the BiancoBlu youth academy over the summer.
Born in Dublin in 2010, Marshall arrives from Shamrock Rovers. A centre back, he has already represented the Republic of Ireland at Under 15 and Under 16 level.
Jayden brings physical strength, leadership and composure when playing out from the back. He will now continue his development within the club’s youth academy.
Osian Roberts, Head of Development at Como 1907, commented: "We are delighted to welcome Jayden to Como 1907. He is a modern central defender who brings strong physical presence, sharp defensive reading, and a natural composure when playing out from the back. Jayden reflects the work ethic, intensity, and tactical discipline we aim to instill across our academy. Our focus now is to give him the right environment and support to continue his development."
Jayden Marshall added: "I’m very happy to be here and I’ve received a warm welcome. I really like the philosophy of Como’s youth academy and I can’t wait to get to work and grow both on and off the pitch."
