Como, Friday, February 28- Como 1907 Football Club is pleased to announce that on March 16, the women’s team will face Doverese at the Giuseppe Sinigaglia Stadium. Kick-off is scheduled for 3:00 PM. Entry will be free but there will be hospitality packages available alongside a number of fun activities for all the family to take part in.

This match at Sinigaglia against Doverese, currently second in the standings and tied for points with the Bianco Blu, marks one of the most important direct clashes at the top of the table—a pivotal moment in the Lariane’s journey toward promotion to Serie C.

Following in the footsteps of the men’s first team, which rose from Serie D to Serie A, the Como 1907 women’s team is ready to take the field at Giuseppe Sinigaglia. The club invites its fans, the city, and all Como families to join the team for this exciting match on the shores of the lake, set for Sunday, March 16.

Heather O’Reilly, advisor to Como 1907’s Women’s team and a legendary figure in women’s football, shared her thoughts ahead of the match: “We are thrilled to have another home match at our iconic, beautiful stadium.  Doverese is a very strong opponent and I know it will be an entertaining match for the fans!
