Tasos Douvikas, MVP of the match, broke the deadlock in the 10th minute away to Genoa today, heading home Lucas Da Cunha’s assist, the Frenchman’s fifth assist of the season. The Greek striker’s goal, his 12th of the championship, set the Lariani at half-time with a 1–0 lead.
In the second half, in the 68th minute, Como doubled their advantage at the end of a play started by Martin Baturina, carried on by Maxence Caqueret and finished with a header by Assane Diao.
