For the third consecutive season, Como 1907 will offer free audio descriptive commentary for supporters with visual impairments at every home match in Serie A Enilive, the Coppa Italia Frecciarossa and the UEFA Champions League.
The service is delivered in partnership with Aon, a global leading professional services firm. As a member of the Lario Business Club, Aon is supporting the initiative as part of its commitment to a more inclusive matchday experience, while also providing tangible support to Fondazione Como ETS.
With Como 1907 preparing for its first UEFA Champions League campaign, audio description will also be available in English upon request. This will allow visiting supporters with visual impairments to experience European football at the Stadio Giuseppe Sinigaglia and share in a special season on the shores of Lake Como.
"Not everyone has the opportunity to experience moments like these. That's why the attention Como 1907 gives to accessibility is truly special. Being in the stands at the Sinigaglia, supporting the team alongside fellow fans and following every moment of the match through the audio descriptive commentary allows us to feel fully part of the game. We are ready to experience the Champions League together with all the other supporters," said one fan who regularly uses the audio description service.
