Day Four in Marbella: Recovery, Preparation, and a Look Behind the Scenes

Day four of Como 1907’s training camp in Marbella focused on recovery and regeneration. After three high-intensity days on the pitch, the players took advantage of a well-earned rest day to recharge both physically and mentally under the warm Spanish sun.

While the squad recovered, the technical staff remained fully engaged behind the scenes, fine-tuning plans and preparing for the next demanding phase of training. Every detail is being carefully managed to ensure the team is ready to hit the ground running.
