Fellipe Jack’s Italian Dream: Serie A Debut and National Team Breakthrough

At just 19 years old, Fellipe Jack Ozilio Moreira Pacheco is living out a story that feels straight out of a football fairytale. Born in São Paulo on January 12, 2006, the young Brazilian-Italian defender has made an electrifying start to his career in Italy, already making waves in both club and international football.

Fellipe’s journey began on the futsal courts of Brazil—a breeding ground for so many of the country’s greats. He honed his close control and flair at Vila Santista and Portuguesa before switching to the full-sized pitch with SE Palmeiras at just 10 years old. There, he didn’t just develop—he thrived. By the time he left, he had four national titles to his name, including the prestigious Copa do Brasil U17 and two consecutive U17 Brazilian Championships. It was clear: this kid was special.

In January 2024, Fellipe made a bold move to Europe, joining Como 1907’s youth academy on loan with an option to buy. It didn’t take long for him to catch the eye. “Fellipe has great potential and a huge opportunity to thrive here,” said Osian Roberts, Como’s Head of Development. “We’re excited to see where this journey takes him.”

Adjusting to life in Italy had its challenges—the language, the climate—but Fellipe embraced the change. He found calm in the slower pace of Como, swapping the chaos of São Paulo for the serenity of northern Italy. And yes, he’s fully on board with the local cuisine—pizza and pasta have won him over completely.

On the pitch, his rise was rapid. He quickly became a key figure in Como’s Primavera side, racking up 14 appearances and scoring once in the Primavera 2 league. But the real highlight came when head coach Cesc Fàbregas handed him his senior debut in Serie A. With the lights shining at the Stadio Giuseppe Sinigaglia, Fellipe came off the bench in the 79th minute against Fiorentina—a moment he’ll never forget.

“Making my Serie A debut was an incredible feeling—a dream come true,” he said afterward. “Since I was a child, I’ve always aspired to become a professional footballer. Sharing that moment with my family meant everything.”

And the milestones kept coming. With dual citizenship in hand, Fellipe caught the attention of Italy’s national setup. In February 2025, he was called up to the U19 squad for a training camp at Coverciano—the beating heart of Italian football. Just a month later, he earned his first cap, playing the full 90 minutes in a crucial U19 EURO qualifier against Spain.

Blending Brazilian flair with the tactical discipline of Italian football, Fellipe Jack is more than just a promising talent—he’s a symbol of the new generation coming through at Como 1907
