Como win 3-1 away to Fiorentina on Matchday 7 of Serie A Enilive, claiming all three points at the Stadio Artemio Franchi.
Italian forward Mattia Liberali put Como ahead in the 32nd minute, scoring his first goal in Serie A on his official debut in the top flight with the Lariani.
Just four minutes later, in the 36th minute, Nico Paz doubled Como’s lead with a superb header from Alex Valle’s assist.
Fiorentina narrowed the gap in the 42nd minute with Pongračić. However, in the second half, Cesc Fàbregas’ team sealed the 3-1 victory with a goal from Tasos Douvikas, his fifth of the season.
The match also marked the debut of Franco-Congolese defender Willy Kambwala in Como’s white and blue shirt.
Como will return to the action on Wednesday 21 October at the Sinigaglia for the third round of the UEFA Champions League against Manchester United.
