Lake Como, Italy, 5 June 2026, Football on the Lake is back, and the second edition of the Como Cup is going bigger.

Six clubs. Six different football cultures. One of the most iconic settings in the game.

AlUla SC, Como 1907, Crystal Palace Football Club, FC Famalicão, Racing Club de Lens and Villarreal CF have all been confirmed for this year's tournament, bringing together teams from Saudi Arabia, Italy, England, Portugal, France and Spain.

After a first edition that turned Lake Como into one of the most talked about football destinations of the summer, the Como Cup returns with an expanded line up and a fresh cast of clubs with serious storylines.

AlUla SC will bring one of Saudi football's most interesting new projects to the lake. Based in one of the Kingdom's most recognisable cultural destinations, the club adds a new energy and a new connection between football and place.

Como 1907 return as hosts after a landmark season and with the club continuing to grow on and off the pitch. With a young team, a clear style and a city fully behind it, Como will once again welcome Europe and beyond to the lake.

UEFA Conference League winner, Crystal Palace Football Club, arrive with Premier League energy and a fan base that knows how to make noise. Fresh from a historic European season, Palace bring one of English football's most exciting current stories to Como.

FC Famalicão come in after another strong campaign in Portugal. Known for developing talent and playing with edge, Famalicão bring a different kind of threat to the tournament and add Portuguese flavour to the line up.

French Cup winner, Racing Club de Lens, arrive as one of French football's most intense and admired clubs. Big fans, big atmosphere and a team with real momentum, Lens will bring northern French passion to Lake Como.

Villarreal CF complete the line up with Champions League pedigree and one of the smartest football models in Europe. A club known for technical football, player development and competing with the very best, Villarreal bring Spanish quality to the tournament.

The second edition of the Como Cup will once again sit at the centre of Football on the Lake, a summer celebration of football, travel, culture and matchday experiences in Como.

Como 1907 will also launch special tourism and hospitality packages, giving fans the chance to turn the tournament into a full Lake Como experience, from matchday hospitality to curated stays and experiences across the region.

Football on the Lake is Como 1907's summer football, culture and travel event, created to bring clubs, fans and visitors together in one of the most iconic destinations in the game.

Launched in 2025, the first edition brought Ajax, Celtic, Al Ahli and Como 1907 to Lake Como for the inaugural Como Cup, alongside a wider programme of music, city activations, hospitality and fan experiences. In 2026, Football on the Lake returns for its second edition with an expanded Como Cup featuring six clubs from across Europe and the Middle East.
