Injury Update: Assane Diao

Como 1907 confirms that Assane Diao sustained an injury to his right foot during training yesterday. Following medical evaluation, he successfully underwent osteosynthesis surgery on the fifth metatarsal of his right foot.

Unfortunately, this means Assane will be unavailable for the remainder of the season as he begins his recovery process. The procedure was successful, and he is already on the road to rehabilitation.

The entire club stands with Assane during this time, and we look forward to seeing him back on the pitch, stronger than ever, next season.
