Lucas Da Cunha at Como

Como 1907 is pleased to announce the permanent signing from OGC Nice of Lucas Da Cunha who has joined the Lariani with a contract until June 2026.
An attacking player born in 2001, he was born in Roanne and grew up in the Rennes youth sector, making his debut with the French team in 2019 in the Europa League and League1.
In 2020 he was bought by Nice who loaned him to Lausanne, in the Swiss top division, where he ended the season with 27 appearances, 6 goals and 1 assist. Back to Nice for the first half of last season collecting 10 appearances, the next half goes on loan to Clermont, always Ligue1 scoring 2 goals in 11 appearances.
“It’s a great opportunity for me – Da Cunha told Como TV – they told me about the ambition and the project behind this club and so I didn’t hesitate to accept the offer, I’m very happy to be here. I like playing behind the strikers or on the wing, I’m a versatile player who knows how to adapt to different roles. I’m here to help the team, score goals, serve assists or whatever the coach asks of me.”
