Lucas Da Cunha shines against Inter Milan

After the game against Inter Milan on Matchday 17 of the Serie A Enilive, Como 1907 coach Cesc Fàbregas praised the performance of French midfielder Lucas Da Cunha, highlighting his excellent management in midfield.

“At the game, we had players who showed great character, even under pressure from Inter. They managed to control the ball, build attacks with effective one-twos, and kept possession well. Lucas Da Cunha, in particular, was brilliant: he showed courage, personality, and a strong desire to learn and improve.”

Lucas has been part of the club since January 2023 and has been a key element of the Lariani’s promotion to Serie A after 21 years. The 23-year-old has accumulated 66 appearances, 10 goals and 8 assists in his time in BiancoBlu so far with his first Serie A goal recorded against Genoa, away.
