Como 1907 is pleased to announce that Marc Oliver Kempf has signed a new contract with the club until 2029.
Since joining Como in the summer of 2024, the German defender has made 69 appearances for the club across Serie A and the Coppa Italia, scoring four goals and providing one assist.
Marc has been an important part of the team over the past two seasons, helping Como establish itself back in Serie A after a 21-year absence before playing his part in the club's first qualification for the UEFA Champions League in May 2026.
Commenting on his contract renewal, Marc said: "I'm really pleased with this contract extension. I've felt right at home here from day one. We achieved great results last year, but there's always room for improvement with hard work. I'm proud to be part of this team, and I'd like to thank the fans and the club for their support."
Como 1907 Head Coach Cesc Fàbregas added: "Over the past two years, Marc has proven himself to be a key figure in our defence and an important player in our team. He stepped up during our return to Serie A and helped us in reaching the Champions League. We've also found a great personality who brings strong leadership in the locker room, and we're very happy to continue with him until 2029."
