Hotel Restaurant Asnigo in Cernobbio is a touchpoint for Como4Como and ComoComoComo luxury merchandising. Lorenzo D’Ambra, 25, welcomes us at the hotel with his father, Filippo, who is the Hotel director and manages the place with business partner, Luigi Canterino.

Lorenzo started working with his father at the hotel at a young age: “At the beginning, I helped with simple activities. Afterwards, it became my profession, and I am glad to work with my dad in this beautiful place.” Being part of the Como4Como initiative is greatly important to Lorenzo: “We support all the values of the project such as having a dialogue with the community and supporting local development.”

Hotel Ristorante Asnigo has 30 rooms (single, double, and triple rooms) with a great view of Lake Como and a restaurant open to hotel and external guests: “We welcome tourists all year round from many different places. Among them are Americans, Brits, French, and Germans. We are definitely at the front line to make Como known everywhere.”

The landscape you can enjoy from the hotel’s terrace is astonishing: “Tourists who come to Como appreciate especially the lake and its villas. While sitting on the terrace, tourists have an amazing view of the mountains and the lake. The landscape is stunning, especially at night: all the lights from the houses look like a nativity scene.”
