The hosts side took the lead through Hassane Kamara in the 29th minute, but the BiancoBlu found their equaliser in the second half through Tasos Douvikas.
The match also marked the official debuts of Yan Couto, Trevoh Chalobah, Luis Milla and Mattia Liberali, who all joined during the summer transfer window.
Focus now turns to the Lariani's next fixture, with Como travelling to Naples next Sunday, August 30, to face Napoli.
