Como 1907 at the ‘Una Vita da Social’ event

Como 1907 continues its commitment to young people by participating in Una Vita da Social, the traveling educational campaign promoted by the Italian State Police and the Ministry of Education and Merit as part of the Generazioni Connesse project.

The event, held on Tuesday, March 11, in Piazza Cavour, brought together hundreds of students from local schools to teach them about online risks, cyberbullying, and how to use technology responsibly. On this occasion, Como 1907 Primavera players William Feola, Leonardo Bovi, and Silvano Biggi joined experts from the Postal Police to share their experiences and engage in discussions on these important topics.

In addition to educational sessions, the event offered students a hands-on experience to understand the effects of substances, such as alcohol and drugs, on perception and coordination. The students were asked to walk in a straight line while wearing special goggles to highlight how alcohol and drugs can impair balance. “It was definitely an enjoyable day. Being heard and sharing a positive message with the students is important,” added William.

“One of the best moments of the day was undoubtedly meeting the younger children, who welcomed us with great enthusiasm. They were thrilled to receive Como 1907 stickers and asked for photos and autographs. It was wonderful to see their excitement and take the time to chat with them,” said Silvano.

The event concluded with a shared moment between students, law enforcement, and representatives from the local sports community. In addition to the Como 1907 Primavera, the Como 1907 Women and Libertas Volley Cantù also participated in the initiative.
