Como 1907 return to the Coppa Italia quarter-finals after 40 years, thanks to a convincing 3–1 away win against Fiorentina.

After the hosts took an early lead, Sergi Roberto levelled the score in the 20th minute with a close-range finish, sending the sides into the break at 1-1. In the second half, Nico Paz completed the comeback with a left-footed strike on 60 minutes, before Álvaro Morata sealed the result at the 90th minute, converting Kühn’s decisive assist.

Also worth noting was the call-up of Primavera Italian talents De Paoli and Pisati, making their first experience with the first team.

Como will face Napoli in the quarter-finals, scheduled for 10 February at the Stadio Maradona.
