LINKSXCOMO1907

Officially adopted as a Special Team of Como 1907 in 2022, the paralympic team LINKS, part of the FIGC’s Paralympic and Experimental Football Division, promotes inclusion through sport. It offers young people with disabilities the opportunity to challenge themselves, feel part of a team, and experience football as a tool for growth and participation.

FuoriClasse

Born from the idea that “inclusion is a team game,” this project is aimed at children and young people with autism spectrum disorders or intellectual and relational disabilities. Promoted for over five years by Fondazione Somaschi and Como 1907, the initiative combines sport and education to introduce participants to football and physical activity, using augmented reality and cognitive training to strengthen skills and emotional development.

IO per te, TU per me

This project, led by the OSHa Como association and supported by Fondazione Como ETS, has long promoted and coordinated sports activities for people with disabilities. Through disciplines such as competitive swimming, wheelchair tennis, and table tennis, the project fosters inclusion, autonomy, and physical, psychological, social, and cultural well-being.

Circolo Tennis Cantù

Supported for several years by Fondazione Como ETS, the wheelchair tennis tournament “Trofeo Internazionale Città di Cantù,” organized by Circolo Tennis Cantù, combines sports competition with social engagement, raising awareness about accessibility and collecting resources to support inclusive facilities and transportation for athletes.
