Como 1907 Takes Its Community Commitment to Ghana

At Como 1907, our bond with the community runs deep – not only locally, but far beyond the shores of Lake Como. This summer, that connection stretches all the way to Accra, Ghana, where our values will take the field in a powerful new way.

In collaboration with Sport Creates Memories, an organisation dedicated to using football as a tool for social and cultural inclusion in Africa, seven players from our Primavera men’s team are taking part in a meaningful and unforgettable journey. During their time there, they will coach local children, share their passion for the game, and contribute to a project rooted in human connection and social value.

Sport Creates Memories has been active in Africa for years, harnessing football’s unique ability to bring people together. Football is more than just a sport – it’s a universal language that bridges cultures, creates opportunities, and inspires change.

This initiative is part of Como 1907’s ongoing commitment to making a positive impact, both at home and around the world. By empowering young people and supporting inclusive projects, we aim to promote the values of teamwork, respect, and hope – wherever the game takes us.
