Ajax have secured their spot in the final of the inaugural Como Cup with a resounding 5–1 victory over Celtic. The Dutch side will now meet Como 1907 in Sunday’s grand final, set for 20:00 CEST at the Stadio Giuseppe Sinigaglia.

Goals from Steven Berghuis (brace), Davy Klaassen, Aaron Bouwman and Rayane Bounida saw the Lancers take control of the match. Hyun-Jun Yang netted the lone goal for the Scottish champions.

Adding a special touch to the evening was the presence of several international guests, including Ruari Stainfield-Bruce, Pa Salieu, Ebiyemi Sampson, Fatima Jallow, Harry Lawtey, Kolawole Bokinni, Beau Ajagun, Jordan Clarke, and Max Christopher Cheshire.

Celtic will return to action on Saturday, 26 July, in the third-place play-off against Al-Ahli, while Como and Ajax will battle for the first-ever Como Cup trophy on Sunday night.
