In the 2025/2026 season, Como 1907 strengthened its bond with the local region through the daily work of Fondazione Como ETS and the Community Team, dedicated to promoting inclusion, sustainability, and social responsibility for the benefit of the Lake Como community.
The historic milestone of qualifying for the UEFA Champions League made ESG (environmental, social, and governance) matters even more central to the Club's strategy, both on and off the pitch. This marks the consolidation of a journey that began in the 2024/2025 season with the launch of the Cumasch 3.0 strategic plan, developed to align the club with the highest standards and expectations of European football.
In this context, Como 1907's actions focused particularly on five fundamental pillars: equality and inclusion, the fight against racism, child protection, football for all, and environmental preservation.
On the accessibility front, Como 1907 continued to invest in removing barriers and improving services for fans with disabilities. The audio description service provided through Connect Me Too, along with free transportation guaranteed by Auser volunteers via the Inclusivity Bus, made the matchday experience increasingly accessible and inclusive.

Great attention was also dedicated to young people. The Piscinin project reached its third edition, while Respect & Play continued into its second year, reinforcing an educational journey through sport. Inclusion was also the focal point of the charity auction organized during the partners' Christmas dinner, raising funds for Mensa di Comunità della città di Como. Sport as a tool for connection and growth was also at the center of the second edition of the "Mamma e Papà" match, held inside the Bassone Prison.

The commitment to the local area translated into the redevelopment of sports spaces for youth, including the refurbishment of the Rebbio pitch and the pitch at the Comunità dell'Annunciata del Crocifisso in Como, where the kids from the Fuoriclasse project train. Alongside this, Como 1907 continued to support the LINKS team, competing in both the FIGC DCPS league and the Tardini for Special tournament. Attention to inclusive sports extended to renewing the collaboration with Tennis Cantù for the wheelchair tennis tournament and supporting the Special Tennis tournament.

Special emphasis was placed on healthcare prevention. In collaboration with ASST Lariana, the project "Un salto oltre lo zucchero" (A jump beyond sugar) was promoted in schools, while "La prevenzione in Piazza" made a mobile unit available to offer free mammograms. Furthermore, the collaboration with AVIS Provinciale Como continued to raise public awareness about the importance of blood donation.

Among the most significant initiatives, "Quelli che… con Luca" remains a core commitment, constantly supported by Como 1907 and Fondazione Como ETS through numerous fundraising campaigns. Thanks to this backing, research into pediatric myeloid leukemia has taken major steps forward toward developing new treatments. At the same time, the Club continued to address mental health awareness in collaboration with the Agorà association.

Equality was also addressed through the partnership with Telefono Donna Como, developing a project focused on helping domestic violence survivors re-enter the workforce. Together with the association, an awareness campaign was launched featuring Álvaro Morata, Elisa Del Estal, Jayden Addai, Lucas Da Cunha, Sergi Roberto, Verónica Boquete, and youth players Francesco Andrealli and Lorenzo Bonsignori as ambassadors.
Environmental preservation found expression through the ROOTS project, which directly engaged fans: two trees were planted on the island of Java, Indonesia, for every 2025/2026 season ticket holder. Environmental education was also fostered through the Lario Moon project, involving youth academy athletes in workshops dedicated to the Lake Como ecosystem. Still within the environmental scope, proceeds from the PET collection were donated to the local animal shelter, while the collaboration with Parolario Junior brought athletes Matteo Papaccioli and Francesco Andrealli to the Orsoline schools in Como to educate students on sustainability by creating a farm-to-table garden.

The international scope of the Club's social commitment continued with the Sport Create Memories project in Ghana. For the second consecutive year, Primavera and U17 players traveled to Accra, taking part in sports, educational, and social activities alongside local communities, confirming football as a universal language of inclusion and growth.

Well-established projects also continued, such as Vicini di Casa, Cheers4Como, Back to School, I Guerrieri, and the distribution of custom onesies for newborns across the main hospitals in the province of Como—an initiative that strengthens the sense of belonging to the Club from the very first days of life.

Community closeness was also shown during the flood in September 2025, when Como 1907 and U.S. Sassuolo donated the entire proceeds from their Coppa Italia match to support the Fire Brigade and Civil Protection in purchasing new emergency vehicles. Finally, during Future on the Lake, a charity auction raised funds for the Associazione Per Como Pulita, dedicated daily to the care and enhancement of the city.
The 2025/2026 season confirms how Como 1907 interprets its role far beyond sporting results. Through concrete and continuous planning, the Club continues to invest in people, the territory, and future generations, convinced that football can be a powerful engine for inclusion, growth, and positive change. For Como 1907, winning also means leaving a lasting impact on the community, building a more accessible, sustainable, and supportive future every single day.
